We enjoyed the spa and also found the attention to detail and service by the staff to be of a very high quality. We were pleased that the rate offered meant that we were able to visit a hotel we had long wanted to visit. - Staff very friendly without being overpowering, food excellent, spa facilities very good. The leisure facilities, though small, were perfect as we had the place to ourselves. Definately worth getting full breakfast included in the price.superb service. will definately go back. Fantastic environment for a family trip to marwell zoo! We loved theattention to detail in the hotel and rooms even down to the animal printmugs and penguin biscuits!
