We enjoyed the spa and also found the attention to detail and service by the staff to be of a very high quality. We were pleased that the rate offered meant that we were able to visit a hotel we had long wanted to visit. - Staff very friendly without being overpowering, food excellent, spa facilities very good. This hotel is beautiful. It is extreamily well presented and by far the best hotel I have stayed in. There is a gorgeous log fire as you enter the reception. The room was more like an apartment and had a fabulous spar bath and more charactor then you can imagine. I would recomend this hotel to everyone as it is perfect. Simply enchanting - Food exc

The atmosphere was formal yet relaxed, the staff were professional and prompt. The room was perfect, very clean and comfortable! - Only slept, showered and left so difficult to comment, however one ofthe cups in our bedroom was dirty, left from previous occupantpresumably.
