I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

Wonderful view over the city from our 10th floor room. Direct access to the Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall next door. Open atrium above reception to the top of the hotel 13 floors higher, with balcony corridors to all rooms.

because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to

I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. If you want to visit the town and the surroundings and at the same time listen to birds at night don't lo

The hotel is 5 minutes driving distance from the center. motorcycle can be rented at the hotel up to 250B. Seven/ Eleven in walking distance. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and lovley designet. Very pleasant is the jacuzzi in the room. Rooms are very clean. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous. Very good service.

Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom).
The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound

My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. Really nice place for the money, it was an Islamic owned hotel which is usually clean and modern. Very modern place, all the amenities you would expect for the price point. great for business travelers or small families. -

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast . Everything is fresh and hot , with staff checking the trays for when things run out .Room was large with a separate shower and a bathtub. מעולם לא קיבלתי יחס אישי וחם מכל (!) אנשי הצוות במלון כמו שקיבלנו במלון הזה. כולם ידעו שאנחנו בירח דבש, שדרגו אותנו, פינקו ותמיד תמיד תמיד עם חיוך. מומלץ בחום!!!!!
