I had a fantastic time at Rich Lanna House. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they were always ready to answer my questions and give me advice. We came to Chiang Mai a few days early and booked this hotel by chance. We planned to go to the hotel we prebooked after the days we would spend at the Rich Lanna, but cancelled the prebooked hotel and continue to stay here. It made our visit to Chiang Mai perfect!

I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

The staff were friendly, the accomidations clean and very welcoming. The location was great- close to old town, restaurants, markets, great stores! Chiang Mai was my favorite place to visit in Thialand. There were wonderful boutiques, jewelry, food and an authentic Thia feeling. Very friendly people. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so.
The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

The room and decoration are very good. The location is quite out of the downtown Chiang Mai but mid of Wiang Kum Kam. It gives the different feeling and experience. If you are looking for quietness and serene here is the good choice. Going to downtown is not difficult if you know the way or having GPS. The staffs are very great.

pool directly from the room on ground floor, open-air showers for the
first floor ones. Amazing. Thai kitch-chic design. About Mr Tuu
kindness... He's been our first stop for suggestions and
informations of any kind. We'll never thank him enough. Besides, he
