Excellent location- in the old town with great shopping and restaurants nearby. Quiet but close to everything. ATM in lobby was super convenient. Staff was very helpful. Huge rooms- we had our own kitchen with table, fridge, microwave and kettle. Lots of room to spread out. Highly recommended- would stay here again for sure! Great value for money.

We have stayed here for three nights. Guest house is realy close to the city center, rooms are nothing special but realy good for the price we paid (we were only sleeping there). In the room there are moscito nets on the window (nice for all of us who have good blood). The owner is realy friendly and helpful. He booked us a van to Pai, elephant farm and he called us a taxi to pick us up early in the morning to go to the airport. I would recommend Cumpun guest house to all of you who are looking

Kikie and Sira(?-sorry for having the name wrong) are the most lovely and good looking :pTai women I have met! nice and cozy hostel run by a super nice thai girl Kiki. The staff is very friendly and helpful and guests are also interesting. I met quite a few cool people when i was living there. And it's quite near Wat Chiang Mam(清曼寺）so it's easy to tell tuktuk or songtao driver the location. And it's located in a very quiet and nice lane so it's free from the noise and hussle of the night bars.

the close procimity to the Night market, as well as to the all day market place is great. off street under cover parking was a plus. And the price I paid ( very cheap ) made up for the "standard" of that part of the Inn. - Nil
