I was travelling alone,i slipped from stairs and feel and injured my ankle , hotel staff helped me a lot , one of the guys picked me up took me to the hospital, and waited with me the whole time, then assisted me back to the hotel.

The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Wonderful view over the city from our 10th floor room. Direct access to the Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall next door. Open atrium above reception to the top of the hotel 13 floors higher, with balcony corridors to all rooms.

helpful and positive and always happy to help. I can say that
because of her we felt extreemly welcome comfortable and happy to
stay at the villa.
I have traveled to many locations and must say that the people really make a difference.
It's not a five star hotel, more like a family

Everything was great. It is a family run business and the service you receive is excellent to say the least. Was upgraded to a better room without any extra charge and stayed there for 7 nights.
It is slightly outside the city by the river but to me that was an advantage. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the main own twice a day and I can assure you that distance is not a problem. If you want to visit the town and the surroundings and at the same time listen to birds at night don't lo

The Hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpfull! The location was perfect to visit Chang Mai easly, close to the Night Bazar but very quiet at the same time. We really had a good time there!
