  Most of the rooms have been refurbished. Do get the new room. Very nice furnitures and shower. The location is fantastic. Away from main road. There is a indoor swimming pool free to use. Bring your towel from the room. We had a good night in drinking wines (brought from home) and tasting strawberries from the local market. Love t - Sharil, the trainee at the reception was very attentive and personal. He bothers to remember names and gives helpful direction to places of interest. Staff was prompt in rendering assistance to activation of safe.

  After walking into the hotel we could see a huge crowd waiting to check-in. Housing more than 6000 rooms, it was a huge complex. We were lucky that there were separate check-in counters for World club rooms. We were a family of 4 people, hence requested for either inter connected rooms or side by side rooms. We were given our rooms on the 24th floor from where we could see clouds outsid - stayed at the world club room, loved it that the room is really spacious. i had 2 queen beds that i joined together, it was excellent for my family coz we have 2 babies. usually only mineral water is provided foc, but we hv coke and 7up given foc in the fridge too. don't know if this applies to all room types. i also love it that shopping and restaurants is so convenient. i feel that the hotel room is pleasing. cannot expect condition and cleanliness to be top notch since the hotel is too big
