If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness.

Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle.
The King size bed was very comfortable.
Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby.

My family loved this hotel located beside the golf course.The staff from manager to receptionists to the luggage handlers are very gentle and helpful which often lack in other hotels. It has a nice ambiance and attractive interior decorating.The room was very spacious and clean.The balcony has a amazing view with the golf course on the front.Some people complaint about the traffic passing by but we didn't feel any difficulty getting a cozy and comfortable sleep.

I loved to see the magnificent riverside view from my balcony at 9th floor. As for the room, it is neat, clean and comfortable to stay and it was worthwhile with the price I paid. The staff at the counter were efficient and friendly too. I like that. -

Lovely place with nature and comfort in the same package. Nice coral reefs just in front of the hotel, jungle next to your hotel room's patio. So not necessary any need for extra exploring trips (good if you are staying only a few nights). Snorkling trip with 2 spots to explore was nice though. Waters are really, really clear, and the beach clean.

Deluxe duplex on the top floor is very nice and grand super king size bed. 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, shower and bath. 2 LCD TV too.
Duplex is advertised for 3 pax on here. But in fact, it can accommodates 4 persons with 4 breakfast.

Most of the rooms have been refurbished. Do get the new room. Very nice
furnitures and shower.
The location is fantastic. Away from main road. There is a indoor swimming pool free to use. Bring your towel from the room.
We had a good night in drinking wines (brought from home) and tasting strawberries from the local market.

I travelled with 5 of my children age range from 16 yrs old to 5 mnths. We stayed 2 nights in the family room with 2 king size beds and added an extra bed for the maid. 1. Cheerful and friendly front desk staff. No hassle with my reservation. Rebate on the entrance fee was quickly announced.
2. Checking-in. Simple, easy, quick.
3. The Le Blason restaurant staff. Even when it was almost closing time, they still served us with smiles.
4. The twin-bed room was of a comfortable size. Windows faced the 'village' street. Had a great time watching people walking by.
5. The beautiful mountain scenery surrounding the hotel.

stayed at the world club room, loved it that the room is really spacious. i had 2 queen beds that i joined together, it was excellent for my family coz we have 2 babies.
usually only mineral water is provided foc, but we hv coke and 7up given foc in the fridge too. don't know if this applies to all room types.
i also love it that shopping and restaurants is so convenient.
i feel that the hotel room is pleasing. cannot expect condition and cleanliness to be top notch since the hotel is too big
