Its a pleasant and clean hotel. Excellent location, shopping and
eateries galore and just couple minutes walk. Service personnel very
friendly and professional. They even have a room service menu, what more

Opened in 2009, this is quite a spacious relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available at every level except the rooms which is more convenient than many hotels where you can only get it at the lobby level.
Plenty of surrounding food choices ands other leisure activities conveniently located within the same mall.

The hotel is good for its location but a bit pricey. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful, the room is clean but looks old. Good seafood restaurants at the doorstep.

It is worth to stay because it is new hotel with all new facilities. Only paying rm140 for a family room (3 persons). Price is include taxes and breakfast.
Free car park.
Comfortable room with shared iron at outside room.

The view requested was received for one of my rooms out of two which saw the whole city. The cleanliness was good overall in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One perticular staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. The shower was awesome. Just 10mins away from the Larkin Bus station and a 2min

Front staffs are good although it's not all of them. Our room is
very clean, comfortable, and spacy. Everything looks good and new. I
really like the bathroom because it has a bathtub with clean, spacy, and
modern style. It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s)
weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since
it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this
hotel looks good and clean.

I like that the staffs are quite responsive and they do follow up with your bookings to confirm reservations. Other than this, nothing needs compliment.

The location is excellent for those who intend to make day trip to Singapore by bus. The Kotaraya terminal is just 5 min walk behind the hotel and the causeway Immigration is also within walking distance. Shopping centre is just 3 min walk opposite. Free parking too.Excellent value for money. -
