We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the
pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a
wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the
morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff.
The pool was very clean with nice view. Breakfast spread was good

especially the pre-packed nasi lemak with the amazing sambal and the
noodle station where you can choose the ingridients and soup for your
noodles. T -
Check in was hassle free and fast. I left my iPad at concierge and
didn't know until I finish my bath upstairs only to find my iPad
was missing.
Called the frontline desk to help me look for it as I remember leaving it downstairs. Viola, my iPad was found and really thanks to the staff for helping me to keep it for my collection. Kudos to the hotel and the staff.
Room was big and spacious. Toilet was equipped with full set of toiletries. Rain shower was superb and the hot water was constant.

Fast check-in & check-out, staff was friendly with smile, the room was big, toilet was big too.. (we booked deluxe room) view was nice too... walking distance to KSL shopping mall.. breakfast was nice.. overall so many hotel we stayed in JB, this is the best hotel we stayed so far.. we love this hotel. Next stay will be Grand Paragon Hotel JB again...

The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The staff were amazing. I was travelling alone and they were especially
attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location
is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The
restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced
before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

Its a pleasant and clean hotel. Excellent location, shopping and
eateries galore and just couple minutes walk. Service personnel very
friendly and professional. They even have a room service menu, what more

Booked in late in the Night and only next morning found out that the
hotel was really nice. The breakfast buffet was really overwhelming with
a selection of Malay specialities. There was even coffee, bread and
cheese available which is rarely seen in Malaysia Lovely wiev from the

Opened in 2009, this is quite a spacious relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available at every level except the rooms which is more convenient than many hotels where you can only get it at the lobby level.
Plenty of surrounding food choices ands other leisure activities conveniently located within the same mall.
