This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was on the small side, but most are in Japan. There was more than enough room for all our luggage and the two of us.
The bed and pillows were amazing!
So comfortable, that i will always look out for Mitsui branded hotels from now on. The staff were really friendly and had our luggage

Good location, walking distance to the Peace Memorial Park. Staff very nice, tried to do their best with a small English. Very comfortable beds, small rooms but bathroom is good. Large shower room, separate toilet and very good toiletries. We recommend this hotel. Nearby good restaurants and facilities like Family Mart 7eleven.

It is very close to the downtown,100 metres from the party. The room was
enough spacious but not so big. Nevertheless it is a good hotel I can
recommend to everybody, overall as children dont pay using existing

Room size was ok. Felt comfortable enough for us.
Location was just fine. Peacepark and everything within was at walking distance. Starbucks was close and there was also a very big shopping street in the neigborhood at 10 minutes walking.
Staff was very friendly. When we left we were in a hurry to catch our train, but we forgot to reserve a taxi.

Excelent value for money. Ultra comfortable, biggest room and bathroom
we had in our month-stay in Japan. Staff speaks fluent English and is
very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, around 10 minutes
walking from Peace Museum and Hondori Street (Shopping area with quit
nice nightlife). In front of an Electric Train Station that goes to
Hiroshima Station. Highly recommendable.

The hotel is older and the furnishings and bathrooms are probably as old
as the building but everything was clean, functional, and comfortable.
Our family of five stayed in a triple room (very roomy) and double room
(not so roomy) next door to each other. I thought the price was very

Tea, kettle, hair dryer in the room. Toilet fully furnished with hair
dryer, daily changed towels and filled shampoo, fonditioner and body
wash. Toothbrush and paste are also given, and a razor too. Nice view on
the river! Useful washing and drying machines, and vending machines in
the reception. Staff is helpful and location ok.

chance to see especially the elderly. They're sweet and helpful.
And I loved the ryokan. It's precisely what it's supposed to
be, and I personally prefer the comfort of such accommodation... It was
really lovely :) -

Bed was really comfortable, much softer than the normal hard beds that
seem to be common in Japan. Their map of what was around locally was
excellent, as it pinpointed a coin laundry, which we desperately needed
at that stage in our trip. Room wasn't overly large, but it was a
single room, and was larger than some of the others I have stayed in.

Excellent staff .. 4 star service. To get a quiet room ask for or book a
single room on the 19th floor. Our daughters room was at the back of the
hotel, soft comfortable bed and no noise. There is a coin laundry about
a 10 min walk, staff can give you the location on the map. Bathroom is
compact but not too small. Adequate breakfast Buffett, ask for a
discount voucher when you checkin we got y500 off. Free Internet via lan
cable in the rooms, free wifi in the lobby.

1. Not all the staff at reception could speak English but those who couldn't still tried their very best to help.
2. Location was very central - 10 min walk to the central train station, 15 min walk to the shopping / food district and 30 min walk to the Peace Park.
3. Room was clean, functional and large enough to lay out 2 suitcases.
4. Breakfast buffet was tasty and there is a good Japanese bar/ seafood grill just across the canal from the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, a lot of hotel facilities (free, pc, coin laundry, vending machines). Good position from Hiroshima station, only 10 minutes walks. A great surprise was the free breakfast buffet (japanese style) offred. -

It is the best hotel I've stayed with during the trip in Japan. My budget is around +/-3,000 yen. So for this price range, this is the best one compare to others! And it is next to the Hiroshima County Hall. Makes me feels like stayed in a luxary hotel because it is in the heart of the city. -

The convenience of the location could not be improved. Only a couple of minutes' walk from the station meant I was quite comfortable returning from Miyajima after dark. By the same token it was very handy to the tram/bus to the Peace Park and other sites in Hiroshima.

Great location. 5 minutes walk to Hiroshima train station. Great to use tramway to go downtown for shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly but limited in English. Double room had very comfortable beds on 9th floor. Bathroom was compact but practical and very clean. Buffet breakfast is available in lobby restaurant for Y 1100 - Good value.

Very clean room and very spacious. The buffet was also very good if you like Japanese food.it didn't look like a hotel because of the lobby area. Would like to keep it secret so that in the future I won't have any trouble booking a room. I believe it was an excellent value. Plan to stay there in the future whenever I visit Hiroshima. -
