I loved the fact that the hotel was located right behind the JR station. That was a huge plus! To add on, the hotel was close to the shopping malls! There was even an onsen which was free for all guests, though it was rather small. the rooms were alright, clean, but not very spacious. Wifi was provided at the lobby. The staff were amazing. -

The location is one of the highlights, the staff is helpful and gentle, the breakfast very decent, it's clean and although a litle bit worn out, it is still a very reliable hotel. -

Fantastic comfortable space - well designed. Large beds and great lounge space for all the family to stretch out in. Excellent value for money. Location was superb and the facilities shared with the sister hotel over the road really enhanced the experience.

Nothing to report. Your run-of-the mill Japanese business hotel. Almost all your material needs are catered for with clinical efficiency. Expecting some human warmth on top of that would be a mistake... -

Station. English speaking front desk personnel! (Or at least I was lucky
with the very nice and attentive lady that checked me in). Nice spa at
the top floor with a sauna and shared bath, you can also order massage

Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the gardens and castle. There is also a Seattle's Best cafe in the lobby so if you need caffine. This hotel has communal baths and I took 2/day. It was very hot in
the daytime so it was great to have the hot batch when we returned from
a ay's sightseeing.
Hotel has buses out front including sightseeing city loop bus. Lobby cafe has rare reasonable coffee including cappuccino.

Excellent location-15 minute walk from kanazawa station; 20 minute walk to katamachi, which is the shopping and restaurant district. Opposite the Omicho market. 20 minute walk to Kenrokuen garden.
Spacious guest room, very clean and nice decor.

Across the street from the jr station and an otherwise convenient
location for getting around the city.
Rooms were very clean and spacious (deluxe twin room). Rooms are also all above 18th floor, ours had a nice view of the city.
Breakfast service was nice, weekdays there is only a Western style weekends (Fri, Sat. & Sun) there is both Western

A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The room was great, nice beds and a wonderful shower. The hotel is right at the train and bus stations. Great location. Very well decorated. Room was comfortable, staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. Most of them could communicate sufficiently with us in English. The most impressive hotel we stayed in this region.

An excellent location opposite to the railway station and bus terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was unexpectedly spacy for Japan, with all facilities needed. Clean and with good sound insulation. -
