Beautiful grounds, the view of the cascades, the front of hotel was gorgeous. The spa was fantastic, outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Pool at night time provided a great ambience. Sauna with glass wall again contributed to lovely atmosphere. Lovely service in Thai restaurant and a great meal. Breakfast had great selection also. Location was great

The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class. Will definitely come back. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got a lift down town to collect our car the next morning. Really tasty breakfast- better than any hotel I've been to recently. Room was spacious, clean and tidy with fresh towles provided! We'd stay here again.

Nous arrivions en soirée, le restaurant de l'hôtel nous a accueillis à 21h sans problème, le mushroom gratiné au chedar est un délice, à un tarif très correct. Also, glad to see an elevator, itwas nice that we did not have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as wehave at other BandB'S. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We hadjet lag and missed the timeframe for breakfast but they graciously setus up with breakfast before we left. - This hotel was superb; staff, food, bedroom was fantatic but I would say that the best part of my stay was the Leisure Centre - excellent Jacuzzi and the Spa was sublime, would certainly recommend all to visit. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!

We got a lovely big family room, very clean, tea/coffee making facilities, decent sized bathroom with powerful shower. Generous breakfast with as much or as little food as you want. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel to experience a genuine Irish hotel.
