  Staff was friendly, service was impeccable. Earl of Thormond restaurant had fabulous food and attentive wait staff. Gluten free options available. Breakfast was delicious as well with many options. Falconry lesson was a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable handler. TJ was a Harris Falcon and not intimidating. The grounds are wonderful and well kept. You just can't beat it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are large and have heated mirrors so they never fogged up. The staff is hospitable and informative. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to take advantage of all the amenities.

  The staff in this hotel were excellent - friendly, helpful, couteous. In fact as one who stays in lots of hotels they were some of the best I have come across and they need to be commended. That alosne would bring me back but also the view, the location etc is first class.   The staff are extremely friendly and the swimming pool was heated to perfection, very good spa with excellent staff all round at this hotel .The complimentary transport to and from Ennis when requested was great .

  la dimension de la chambre et du lit, très large ! Nous arrivions en soirée, le restaurant de l'hôtel nous a accueillis à 21h sans problème, le mushroom gratiné au chedar est un délice, à un tarif très correct. Le personnel de l'hôtel est attentionné et "sélect". Pour retourner à l'aéroport, l'hôtel nous a proposé sa navette (gratuite) très efficac... ce que les gens disent » e - That there was Wireless Internet. Also, glad to see an elevator, itwas nice that we did not have to carry our heavy luggage upstairs as wehave at other BandB'S. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We hadjet lag and missed the timeframe for breakfast but they graciously setus up with breakfast before we left. - This hotel was superb; staff, food, bedroom was fantatic but I would say that the best part of my stay was the Leisure Centre - excellent Jacuzzi and the Spa was sublime, would certainly recommend all to visit. I believe this hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star at least, well done!
