Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from
Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after
spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia

We stayed in this resort for a night and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

We were very happy with our 1bdrm executive suite and with the pleasant attitudes we received from all of the staff. Absolutely great value for our money especially in comparison to accomadations in Banff.
Hot tub and heated pool were great although the pool was a bit too cool for our blood and was covered for majority of our trip to save on heat

A very nice resort. The 2 bedroom suite was large and spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were excellent and accommodating to our requests. We also had a private balcony with BBQ. The resort was still recovering from the recent floods and was under repair but this did not stop them from maintaining a postiive attitude and providing excellent customer service. Overall our stay at StoneRidge was excellent and I highly recommend them.

A amazing facilities including an enormous whirlpool hot tub with a view of the mountains and fresh air. Next to the tub is a rest area surrounding a beautiful fire pit. There is access to top grade barbecues available from morning to night.

The bed in the main roon was very comfortable and we liked the set up of the room with the bunk beds. Rajohn, (?) at the front desk was absolutley wonderful. We were suppose to be there 2 nights but I woke with the flu and Rajohn allowed us to cancel the Thursday night stay and just come for the Friday. Very nice young man and an assest to your hotel.

We stayed there one night during our rocky trip. Hotel was located in Canmore which is about 15-20km away from Downtown Banff. The staff was really nice and check in was very fast. This hotel was excellent in every ways. The design is modern and the rooms are specious. Location is convenient and easy acess to Banff National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Love every minutes of the stay. Value is excellent and no histation to recommede to anyone who want to stay in Camore for visiting the mountain parks.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a lot of information on the resort upon check-in. Our family happy to stay in a 2 bedroom suite with the amenities provided. The comfort away from home and serenity of nature, God's beautiful creation in front of you, speaks of its magnificent work of His hand. Two kids teenager and young adults enjoyed the amenities and especially fine dining set up, with the help of dishwashers.

Excellent accommodation. Good living space for self catering and our chalet had master bedroom with en suite plus twin bedroom with own bathroom. Kitchen facilities very good and longe area also comfortable. We did not use but pool on site and Barbq for guest use. We happened to be stranded in the inn during the recent flooding in Alberta, roads leading to and from Harvie Heights were blocked and water supply to the lodge was cut.
The manager Paul was so kind to provide us with bottled water and kept us informed of the situation of the floodings and the road conditions continously. When the road going into Canmore was finally reopened, he volunteered to look for us alternatibe accommodation with water supply. He even reduced the room rate to compens

Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place.
On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst.

The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Amazing room. Everything you need is provided, full kitchen. Two bathrooms stunning shower in master bedroom. Great view from living room. Fireplace, dvd plater with numerous dvd's. Great pool and hot tub. Underground parking. Nice exercise room. Great location, facility was very quite and really allowed s to enjot our surroundings and relax. Will definitely stay there again.
