A amazing facilities including an enormous whirlpool hot tub with a view of the mountains and fresh air. Next to the tub is a rest area surrounding a beautiful fire pit. There is access to top grade barbecues available from morning to night.

The bed in the main roon was very comfortable and we liked the set up of the room with the bunk beds. Rajohn, (?) at the front desk was absolutley wonderful. We were suppose to be there 2 nights but I woke with the flu and Rajohn allowed us to cancel the Thursday night stay and just come for the Friday. Very nice young man and an assest to your hotel.

Right from the minute we walked into the Georgetown Inn, we felt completely at ease and in awe of the homey décor.
Stephanie at the front desk was welcoming and informative about all the questions we put to her.
Our room was lovely and absolutely spotless.

Stephanie welcomed us at the desk and provided the info we needed to make our stay comfortable. When we told her we had stayed at the Inn several times, she surprised with complimentary breakfast. Very pet friendly as this was our first experience having our pet in a hotel. Great place

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a lot of information on the resort upon check-in. The two bedroom sweet was ideal for us and was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipted with all the essential appliances and accessories to cook just about any meal. Our family happy to stay in a 2 bedroom suite with the amenities provided. The comfort away from home and serenity of nature, God's beautiful creation in front of you, speaks of its magnificent work of His hand. Two kids teenager and young adults enjoyed the amenities and especially fine dining set up, with the help of dishwashers.

The staff were very helpful, although letsbookhotel.com messed up on our
reservation, so when we arrived there was no room for us that allowed
pets. The staff actually asked others to move so we could stay there
with our dog.

Excellent accommodation. Good living space for self catering and our chalet had master bedroom with en suite plus twin bedroom with own bathroom. Kitchen facilities very good and longe area also comfortable. We did not use but pool on site and Barbq for guest use. restriction - we have a 100 lbs dog) which is hard to find ($25 extra

We happened to be stranded in the inn during the recent flooding in Alberta, roads leading to and from Harvie Heights were blocked and water supply to the lodge was cut.
The manager Paul was so kind to provide us with bottled water and kept us informed of the situation of the floodings and the road conditions continously. When the road going into Canmore was finally reopened, he volunteered to look for us alternatibe accommodation with water supply. He even reduced the room rate to compens

Everything. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had all the pots and utensils needed if you wanted to make a meal instead of eat out. The view of the mountain is great. These chalets are located in Canmore, Alberta, which is the most beautiful place in Alberta.
We had a three bedroom and it was as big as our duplex which was very nice. We only paid 74$ a night with letsbookhotel.com. When you wake up to a bunch of elk in the yard and mountains all around it's just spectacular!!!!!

The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. -
