Excellent accommodation. Good living space for self catering and our chalet had master bedroom with en suite plus twin bedroom with own bathroom. Kitchen facilities very good and longe area also comfortable. We did not use but pool on site and Barbq for guest use. Everything. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had all the pots and utensils needed if you wanted to make a meal instead of eat out. The view of the mountain is great. These chalets are located in Canmore, Alberta, which is the most beautiful place in Alberta.
We had a three bedroom and it was as big as our duplex which was very nice. We only paid 74$ a night with letsbookhotel.com. When you wake up to a bunch of elk in the yard and mountains all around it's just spectacular!!!!!

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy although the apartment did need a good dust around stair railings and skirting boards. We booked a two bedroom apartment it would have been nice to have enough shampoo etc. instead of one bottle to share. -

The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. -

Excellent value for money. This is the first hotel between Calgary and Banff, and only 10 minutes from the park gate. Facilities are simple but perfectly adequate, if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep. -

Breakfast is included which is really great! The breakfast changed a little each day, so sometimes you got pancakes and other times there was waffles or french toast. The management was so nice. When we had to stay an extra night due to an unexpected state of emergency in the area, they reduce the room rate to half. This was amazingly sensitive at a time that was difficult for the town and tourists,
Wonderful town to visit and we had a chance to walk on trails from the lodging to town once conditions improved. Everyone was very considerate under stressful circumstances. Very commendable for a business overall.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a lot of information on the resort upon check-in. Our family happy to stay in a 2 bedroom suite with the amenities provided. The comfort away from home and serenity of nature, God's beautiful creation in front of you, speaks of its magnificent work of His hand. Two kids teenager and young adults enjoyed the amenities and especially fine dining set up, with the help of dishwashers.

Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place.

Stephanie welcomed us at the desk and provided the info we needed to make our stay comfortable. When we told her we had stayed at the Inn several times, she surprised with complimentary breakfast. Very pet friendly as this was our first experience having our pet in a hotel. Great place

This hotel was excellent in every ways. The design is modern and the rooms are specious. Location is convenient and easy acess to Banff National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. Love every minutes of the stay. Value is excellent and no histation to recommede to anyone who want to stay in Camore for visiting the mountain parks.

A amazing facilities including an enormous whirlpool hot tub with a view of the mountains and fresh air. Next to the tub is a rest area surrounding a beautiful fire pit. There is access to top grade barbecues available from morning to night.

The bed in the main roon was very comfortable and we liked the set up of the room with the bunk beds. Rajohn, (?) at the front desk was absolutley wonderful. We were suppose to be there 2 nights but I woke with the flu and Rajohn allowed us to cancel the Thursday night stay and just come for the Friday. Very nice young man and an assest to your hotel.
