  I thought it was a beautiful modern resort. The on site pool and hot tubs were really nice. The units were a bit small but did meet our needs for the short time we stayed. The kitchen could use a good frypan as well as a potatoe masher however we managed.The resort is in a great location and is just a minutes from Banff.. Great shower in the one bedroom suite. Nice to have underground parking. King bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all.   It was just myself and my daughter, so the room was excellent, the price was awesome, the bed was out of this world, GREAT sleep. We didn't spend a whole of time in the room because the weather cooperated and we were outside all day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating.   Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

  The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Nonetheless, the upgrade was awesome. Thank you for the very comfortable, pleasant experience. - The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

  Breakfast is included which is really great! The breakfast changed a little each day, so sometimes you got pancakes and other times there was waffles or french toast. The restaurant staff were incredibly patient with all the young families around. It was so nice to be able to sleep in and have a hot brunch without having to pull out the wallet. Our room had a huge wide - The management was so nice. When we had to stay an extra night due to an unexpected state of emergency in the area, they reduce the room rate to half. This was amazingly sensitive at a time that was difficult for the town and tourists, Wonderful town to visit and we had a chance to walk on trails from the lodging to town once conditions improved. Everyone was very considerate under stressful circumstances. Very commendable for a business overall.

The place was spotless and everything was in great order we would recommend a stay there to everyone and will return hopefully next year with my husbands mom and step dad.   Lying on the bed looking out onto the mountains. Being right in the heart of beautiful Canmore with great access to all the amenities, yet having the feeling you were out of town. We could walk out of the hotel and immediately along the river and through the woods. We stayed overnight for our 36th Anniversary and it is a precious memory. The room we originally booked was close to the pub, and being non drinkers as well as wanting quiet, that may not have worked out very well. But we did have a lovely room on the creek side and enjoyed it very much. Also enjoyed that it was walking distance to everything we needed.
