Russell helped to make our stay memorable especially for my sister who was visiting for the first time. - It was just a 2 minute walk from the train stop that runs all the way from the airport in just 20 minutes. Very easy to access. Friendly staff. Very clean. We had a room with shared bathroom and it was very clean and big + for the Molton Brown schampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms :) The room very beautiful decorated. Old fashioned in a good way.

I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

Extra note - We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and much of Sydney Harbour including the North Head. Caught the train from the airport the Circular Quay not cheap bu - We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

y teenage kid don't want to stay anywhere else after this last visit. We managed to get the room at a reasonable rate and took advantage of this. The - loved the location perfect for access to see the Opera Carmen at Mrs Macquaire :Point. Loved being able to walk through Royal Botanical Gardens (had a picnic) and easy acces to shopping with the free green bus just up the road. We definiatly recommend anyone to stay here....and have eggs with breakfast :-) our only dissapointment was, when making enquirie - i like sydney who could not, the hotel desk staff could not be more helpful we arrive very early and they found a room for us straight away after a long flight this was much appreciated thank you holiday in staff for a wonderful stay in sydney. ps insted of the 4 days we booked we stayed 8 i think that show how much we enjoyed the stay
