I felt welcome and at ease - The location made venturing into the city a breeze and the view wasawesome. I attended a show at the regent theatre so it was just ahop,skip and jump away!

Love the location near the Victoria markets. Easy access to Lygon Street and trams to Carlton, Brunswick, North Melbourne. Close to rental car pick-up. Surprised how good the healthy breakfast was and coffee. Excellent value.

Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. The breakfasts were very impressive with a great choice of fresh, delicious food and coffee made to order. The fresh fruit platter was an unexpected, very appreciated highlight on arrival. I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

We pretty much got exactly what was advertised. It wasn't much, but it was clean, comfortable and an enjoyable relief to come back to after spending the daytime being a tourist. The bar/cafe/bistro/whatever is 'okay' but with far more exciting places all around you'd be mad not to head outside anyway and I don't think any

Hot shower with good pressure.
Friendly, helpful staff on reception.
I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap.
I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

J'ai eu l'impression de rentrer dans un petit appart. L'espace est appréciable, mais aussi la possibilité de pouvoir cuisiner si on ne veut pas aller toujours au resto. Les draps de bain sont changés tous les jours. -
