Our car had broken down just outside Newcastle (had to be towed) causing us to be late arriving at Hotel, with only 1/2 hour for a quick change to attend a family wedding. Staff were fantastic making checkin QUICK, and booking a taxi to get us to the church on time!! Room was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy & relax. Lo

I appreciated the following:
1.Comfortable pillows and bed.
2.The extra bedside reading lamp with the on/off switch in easy reach.
3. Decent size coffee mugs in addition to the normal small cups.
4. Room was a decent size and well decorated and well lit with both natural light and light fittings.
5. The balcony was excellent, private and with an ocean view.
6. Short distance from the beach.

The staff were so helpful, friendly and most attentive. Even a request for a snack at 1am after having attended a concert was no problem. The freshly prepared chicken and avocado triple sandwich with handcut chips and aoili was so good.
The location was really well situated and so enjoyed seeing the activities of a working harbour. -

Room was clean and tidy, Staff extremely friendly and helpful, we were even able to check in half an hour early.
Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, we woke well rested .

We stayed there for one night only and love everything there, especially the restaurant - food was just superb! We should admit that we have never before eating in the restaurant and adore every bit of the dish. We stayed in middle floor room with ocean view - that was really amazing!

Room was good with good facilities. We had a small problem with the toilet and staff moved us to another room very promptly and efficiently. (As it was a weekend maintenance staff were not available). Situation very good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

1 bedroom apartments are spacious, have basic cooking facilities. Location is close to a number of restaurants. The gym is outstanding for a serviced apartment, lots of machines and a good range of equipment. The pool is also a centre piece and is a nice way to finish off a days work -

The location was convenient for our purposes. We had a villa so there was plenty of room and a kitchenette to prepare our own meals. Our Villa was located well back off the road and was very quiet. -
Close to Shopping center and takeaway. Spacious room, cooking facilities.

Great little complex, secure parking & key-less entry system is great & walking distance to the local shopping mall. I was worried about the noise as the apartments are located near an intersection but there was no issue with noise at night.

Everything, the friendly staff, the quality of the goods in the room, the privacy, also the price is quite fair too. The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly
accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.

The staff at Charlestown Apollo are lovely and helpful the rooms are a nice size and well equipped and the free newspaper was greatly appreciated.
My bed was very comfortable and I rested well, as I stayed two nights the room was well serviced and the tea and lovely biscuits were great. -

We have stayed here before with our family who were visiting from overseas, and we had a great stay back then. so this time was just as enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast the next morning and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Fantastic PR, flexibility & courtesy.
Our show was cancelled, rang & changed dates, then we took ill. Rang again & received OK for grandson to take our booking. He then forgot the correct date. They checked with us & allowed grandson to stay the following day. Now that's service for you!! Thanks from us & our grandson. -
