Less than a mile from Norwich city centre, Hotel NR2 is situated within 3 acres of Victorian gardens, close to Norwich’s magnificent Cathedral. All rooms within Hotel NR2 are decorated to create a cozy cabin feel. Each room has a shared bathroom with the choice of a bath or shower. Also featured in the rooms is a large Smart TV and a heating/air conditioning unit. Norwich Rail Station is just over a mile from the hotel and Chapelfield Shopping Centre can be reached in just over 10 minutes by foot. Prince of Wales Road, known for its bustling nightlife, has a number of clubs and is less than a mile from the hotel.

A hotel that as anglers suited my party.Very handy as it was 10 mins drive to our fishing venue and 10mins walk to the town centre,being 3 angler the accomodation was good. The receptionist was more tHan helpful with a problem I had on aarrival. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend for budget accommodation. Price & convenience Coded entry a good idea / minimal staffing keeps cost down without being a problem - someone is a 'phone call away.

Well done MJB!!!. it was easy to find and getting in to the hotel and rooms was not difficult. Location was very central and grounds enjoyable. Close to centre, nice object, clean room. the way of management; the room size. Location,clean and vaule for money. location clean room friendly staff. Garden, location. Good location. The location was great The bathroom was clean (possibly the only thing that was) You get what you pay for (cliche but accurate). The garden was lovely. it was very peaceful. Central location. Good For £20. location. the surroundings - unfortunately I could not enjoy the view of the cathedral, or the Plantation gardens as the windows were blocked with plastic adhesive paper. Good as we were only there for a night and only slept in the room. Location to City Centre. the location. Nothing. Nothing. The shared bathroom was not always available, but for the price acceptable. A noisy toilet cistern that would not stop siphoning. the keycode workes when we arried and then after going out for the evening it wouldnt so getting back in was a little more difficult. Needed lampshades on bedside lights, not just bare bulbs. Other than that the room was good. the beds were ok but i guess you get what you pay for. The room was cold and the bedding old and a bit 'tatty' - the windows were sealed shut. none. the door passwords not always work; no breakfast (why it is still named B&B without breakfast);. Nothing. Like staying in a prison, windows block out ,one completely closed other can be open 12",we are oap. we were at the top of the building there is no fire escape,in case of fire we would be trapped. Hotel needs invested!!. Beds felt damp Window wouldn't open. The walls were covered in coffee stains The floors weren't hoovered The were no staff at all Windows were not lockable. Impersonal- just key codes for both doors; bed, pillows & quilt(?) were all about 20 years old, light in bathroom not working, no spoon for drinks, the white washed windows made me feel like I was being detained in an asylum!. no staff in attendance. This is not a hotel - it is an abandoned ex-hotel with whitewashed windows and key code entry. There was damp, no soap and dirty towels. More like hotel meets squat. Cold, not the original place I booked in to. the beds were so old and broken could not sleep in them.. Got absolutly no sleep had to sleep on the floor on a blow up bed i bought becasue had pains all down my back, neck and arms trying to sleep on the beds. everything!. Toilet was disgusting, there were stains on the floor and bedding. Was on the ground floor in a hot room with no ability to cool it down as the window didn't open. Shower was cold. Dirty Damp smell Windows nailed in place Given wrong code to enter building Toilet seat broken No soap 2 tea bags. - heavy smell of tobacco in the room, even though it's a no smoking hotel - the matress was extremely unconfortable; there was like a loose string that would really hurt your back. - the hot water in the shower didn't work; we had to fill the tub everytime we needed to wash ourselves - the bathtub wasn't properly clean - gloomy room (why the covered windows?). The code given to us to open the main door did not work, were it not for someone on the ground floor having an open window so that we could ask them to let us in we could not get in.The tea and coffee looked as if it had been retrieved from the dustbin!. Filthy, stained mattress, no idea why you sell this premises on your site. Dirty unhelpfull manager cold shortage of crockery no light at main door towels windows blanked out.
