  This was a lovely rest stop on the car journey across France. It was quiet and relaxing for us and fun for the kids to play in the garden and plunge pool. There are just two family rooms so it is small and personable with kind, attentive hosts. Good breakfast was included in price. - We had a lovely room in a lovely building. The Chambre D'Hote is run by a lovely couple and is set in lovely gardens. The main house is an old mill house, with ponds, streams, ducks, trees. It is very tranquil and peaceful. Totally charming.

  Only stayed for an overnight but Mark & Tina were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Weather was good so dinner on the terrace with two other guests made the evening. Breakfast was also excellent. We felt totally looked after.   Location - beautiful area and garden with tables/chairs to use. Useful to have a microwave - the owner would have liked us to book use of kitchen before we went but we did not realise that. - facilities were good made you feel very welcome, even though coulndt speak english lovely tranquil setting, with loads of walks availablle
