  Reception and the attitude of the receptionists (all of them) to problem solving, their courtesy and good humour. They dealt with the problem outlined in the red box very well and should be commended. It is only when things go wrong that one realises the quality of staff. You have excellent staff. Great location in the town centre within walking distance from restaurants/bars. Bed was comfortable. No noise from other rooms whatsoever.
