  I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . Friendly, helpful staff on reception. I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

Swimming pool heated and great position on roof. New shower excellent loved - The locations was handy for the three locations we had to visit. the Reception staff were efficient, and friendly. The room we were eventually given was clean, comfortable and quiet. It appears to have been recently renovated. The Hotel is located close to many attractions and restaurants. It appears that some rooms are better than others and that only some are as described in the Hotel's description. The buffet breakfast was pleasant and adequate but not sumptuous as described.

  The hotel suited our requirements perfectly. The location was good, the staff were exceptionally helpful. The beds were so comfortable.
