The staff was very friendly at check-in. The room was clean and the bed sheets were soft. Coffee/Tea maker in room with complimentary coffees and teas to brew. The room looked newly remodeled with nice furniture. -

The location is excellent, easy on/off hwy access, restaurants/shopping/gas on the same block, major stores across the highway only a walk away, bowling alley next door, windows that open, excellent staff, great value for the money. I travel to Victorville about once a month to visit family. I also travel with my dog, and was very pleased to find a dog friendly place. We had room 102 on the ground floor close to the office, and it was quiet. My dog settled in nicely on the floor next to my bed, and we had a good night's sleep after a long visit with my chatty aunt.

We were exhausted when we arrived. The attendant was Alex. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. Housekeeping was just as informative and friendly. Our room was clean, the establishment was clean, the guest were a all a decent calbier of people-tidy, polite and we plan to visit again. -
