I had a great experience here on a week long stay for work. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is there within 10 minutes of you calling and as long as they aren't inundated with the airport pick ups, they will drop you off in downtown Tempe. The staff was wonderful, they were so very helpful especially the shuttle drivers who recommended several restaurants, took us to the downtown area of Tempe and then picked us up almost immediately upon calling the hotel. Fantastic!

We started our daughter off at ASU and felt your shuttle service to be a life saver, no need for a taxi. Our driver much of the time was Jeremy and he was fantastic, we made a friend. This was our second stay and the value makes it economical for us to fly from Bakersfield. Thanks

The staff and facilities were outstanding. Room was squeaky clean. We use this hotel every time we fly to places out of town. The shuttle service is A-one. Continental breakfast is amazing. -

Great location for Cactus League Spring Training baseball; very close to several of the east side stadiums. Awesome breakfast buffet: wide variety of food and well-stocked until the very end. Very clean and quiet rooms. Superior, friendly staff. Easy access to freeways. We stayed for four nights, and felt very comfortable there. -

Staff was great and friendly even under pressure of guests waiting to check in. Parking was very convenient. Hotel public places were very clean and so was the room. WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was super good.

loved the neatness & cleanliness of it all, they had an overall friendly atmosphere & I was convinced they really do care about the quality of your stay. Location was the best, right off the metro so I was able to leave my car & still get around. -
