In fact on the way to our room after leaving the front desk, someone was taking bags for our laundry. The private parking area.   Architecture with courtyards, setting in large old growth trees, furnishings in room, clean nicely appointed rooms ( even got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite), peaceful, great staff, good full breakfast, very nice pool and hot tubs, beautiful views of the mountains.from balcony. - They took care of us...
