Wonderful place in all aspects. Staff was amazing as they allowed me to bring friends in the lobby for dinner and chat. I hadn't seen them in more than 20 years and we couldn't stay where we had started our evening. So we had an incredible evening reconnecting together in this beautiful room with ocean views. It was amazing. Thanks a lot. -

Beautiful views of the sound from our room. Pity the weather wasn't so obliging, but it was February. Very sufficient breakfast.

Loved the modern decor and the comfy beds. My friend and I split the truffle mac and cheese at Bite Restaurant and it was amazing! The location is central to many venues, museums and other adventures. -

Our stay was very pleasant.
I also had the opportunity to see an irate guest at the front desk complaining that children were jumping around and making noise in the room above hers. The lady working at the desk stayed calm, despite the ride guest and was very approachable about the matter.
I will DEFINITELY use this hotel again. -

This hotel was close to the Amtrak station and I was coming in via train to Tacoma. The hotel provided a shuttle to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle arrived in a very timely matter and I did not have to wait. This saved me in cab cost. The staff was all very friendly. The resturant within the hotel had good food and friendly staff too

nice and comfortable. friendly staff. Being alone in the area, the shuttle was very convenient to travel with to the shopping center and around. The bus stop is walk-able too.

Excellent customer service from staff and very comfortable and spacious rooms at a great price. Wifi was super fast, TV was sharp and having a 12pm check out makes for a nice relaxed morning.

We stayed in a deluxe king room, the room was a good size, plenty of room. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel has an excellent pet policy. They do not have a breed/weight restriction on dogs, nor does the hotel charge a pet deposit. Now that's incredible.I will definately book at this hotel again and eve

the restaurant food was great. Liked the options for breakfast buffet or from the menu.
Room was quiet (end of hall) with no noise from elevators etc.
Coffee in lobby was lovely and tasted much better than in the restaurant. You might look into using other than styrofoam cups...

I liked that you had a Comfortable king sized bed as an option and that a flat Screen Tv with cable was in each unit and fast efficient free wifi throughout. Staff go the extra mile for guests. -
