The staff was awesome and friendly. Good coffee in the lobby. They were very accomodating. In the room, not only was there a Christian bible, but there was also the Baghavadgita and a Buddhist text. We felt very welcomed and cared for. -
The flat screen tv, wifi, comfortable bed, no smell just of cleanliness,
and great price.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the coffee was hot and fresh, internet was free and with a strong signal. The staff was friendly and interested in our comfort. Despite being close to an interstate, the room was quiet. We had a refrigerator and microwave that were absolutely spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the carpet was clean and new-looking, and we were completely satisfied with our 4-day stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The extra towels we requested were supplied immediately and were provided the next two days without asking. We needed a late check out time which was no problem. -

Previously, these same 2 benefits allowed me to work locally in Sunnyvale without a daily commute of 90 miles to my residence in the North Bay. I stayed at Pacific Inn for 4 days per week without interruption for 3.5 years through August 2012.
