  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I left something valuable in my room, accidentally, when I checked out. They immediately called to let me know and had it at the front desk for me when I came back. I also liked the free breakfast! - We liked our whole experience at the Sherman Oaks Hampton Inn.
