  The staff was very accommodating. In particular there was some confusion regarding a breakfast coupon that went with the cost of the room. They gave us the coupon without any discussion. The shuttle was wonderful as were the drivers. The pool was warm and clean.   We loved the mineral baths and massages at the Roosevelt Spa! The hotel is right in the middle of the state park with beautiful trails. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a great leisurely ride. Also utilized the hotel's free shuttle to downtown. All around a great stay! - The proximity to spac was fantastic.
