  The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations.   hice una reservación y cuando llegue al hotel me dijo el serñor dominic que el hotel estaba sobrevendido yque me podia retirar y que en 5 días me devolverían mi dinero pero no me lo han devuelto llamo y no me comunican - la reservacion la hice para el día 15/11/12 y me presente al hotel mucho le agradeceria me de contestación para ver con quien me ... lo que la gente dice » puedo comunicar para que me debuelvan mí dinero que me tomarón como deposito
