The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at
current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When
you go to the beach the staff is there waiting for you and all you
have to do is show them where you want your chair and umbrella and

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

hice una reservación y cuando llegue al hotel me dijo el serñor dominic que el hotel estaba sobrevendido yque me podia retirar y que en 5 días me devolverían mi dinero pero no me lo han devuelto llamo y no me comunican - la reservacion la hice para el día 15/11/12 y me presente al hotel mucho le agradeceria me de contestación para ver con quien me

Su ubicación es perfecta. El área donde esta localizado entre la Naturaleza me encanto. Mucha tranquilidad. En una evaluacion del 1 al 10. Obtuvieron un 10. -
Habitación amplia y cómoda con muy buena iluminación. Ubicacion ideal para visitar la zona sur de la isla y evitar congestion de la ciudad. Buena atención del personal y muy servicial.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance.

A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last
minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and
from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and
accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was
right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant.
The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there
longer. I recommend it.

Only a block from the beach, the location is excellent. It is very clean and picturesque. A spoiled rotten pet cat who greeted all guests completed the "home away from home" treatment.
The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff could not be friendlier. The room was very comfortable and clean.
I had local friends who visited me tell me that the site is lovely!
Most definitely will return...

I really enjoyed the location and it's proximity to Ashford Avenue, and two blocks from the beach. Walking distance to Ocean Park, R21 Bus stop across from Walgreens on Ashford Ave. The cleanliness of my room. The hotel is a non-smoking entirely.
