The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. -
Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available. Haunted house and cast were very good.

wonderful food and service. Staff was very friendly and polite. went their on our honeymoon in 2013 and we both loved it and plan to return. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway for two.

I liked the activities they had on Saturday. Staff is extremely friendly
and try to their best ability to accommodate you. Also enjoyed the
ability to do what ever you wanted bike rides, archery, bike rides,

The room was very comfortable. The furniture was usable and decor very
eye appealing. The bathroom was high tech floor heated. Bathroom also
had a thermostat to adjust heat/air while showering. Food was

Excellent staff. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful facility with lots to do for families. Rooms were truly great -- large, comfortable, and always clean. Beds were very plush -- loved them! Pools were great. Lobby was beautiful too. Will definitely recommend to friends.
