I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in
Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. It had all of my medications, jewelry, expensive camera equipment - everything most important to me - in it. I was extremely grateful for the person's honesty and integrity

Hampton Inns are my favorite - once before (in Thomaston, ME)I left a precious ring. It -
We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were
greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice
restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we
could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat
at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step
directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go
back and stay there again very soon.

We loved the apartment-style timeshare feel of this place. It looked, smelled and felt like nobody had ever stayed in our unit before. Beautiful old town and downtown area. Hotel is in a wonderful location very near to both and down the street from the Biltmore Estate. The 1-bedroom condo was very clean, upscale décor at a reasonable price with a comfortable bed! I will be returning in the near future. And it was pet friendly :)

The staff was very helpful, especially the young man that guided me in because our GPS could not pick up the location. The breakfast was delicious and the options were many. The chefs went out of there way to provide an alternative to pork breakfast meat.

I thought the entire trip was perfect! The staff was super nice and the room was beautiful. It was super clean and i had a great relaxing trip. I will defiantly recommend this to all my friends and family , and we will for sure be back next year.

Breakfast should be included in the rate for this type of hotel and they should put bottles of water in the room (I saw them giving some customers bottles when they checked in, but they did not give them to me) -
staff was very accommodating; close to lots of good shopping and restaurants
