Joan & her staff were amazing& took great care of is. The food
was fantastic &2 Chef can cook for me anytime. Front desk,
houekeeping, conference space, room - all was a great weekend. -

Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, responsive and
friendly. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful shower,
everything was very clean. I had a corner room with mountain views from
both windows. The room itself was well designed and decorated. Room
service prices were surprisingly reasonable and service was super fast. -

We booked just the night before and got a great smart deal, hen when we
arrived we were upgraded to a penthouse so our stay was perfect.
Can't really review standard rooms. Loved the idea of a voucher
towards cots of a la carte breakfast. Meant we had a smaller better
quality meal

Everyone was courteous...they provided shuttles...I Was aware that they
stoppped at 11...I took a cab back and I didnt mind...they took care of
all my needs....bartender was excellent as well as the food. I will
definitely stay there again. -

The décor. Room service was professional, friendly, and excellent.
Location to Biltmore (our destination). Quality of room service food was
wonderful-it made me reconsider eating elsewhere and including the hotel
in my meal plans. Starbucks coffee and tea in room. Lobby décor,
uniqueness of hotel-made me feel like I was home instead of at a hotel.
I will definitely stay again when in that area.

the free breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had!!!
The grounds were beautiful and well kept!!!! I would come and come again. It was in between Asheville and Hendersonville so plenty to do if I wanted to do anything at all. -
