La habitación era como estar en casa, el desayuno de una calidad excelente, vino con queso al son de un piano de fondo por la tarde para relajarte despues del trasiego del dia....un 10 sobre 10. This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus. Overall nice stay, I'll probably be back there next time I'm in the area

From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-)
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

This was my second stay at The Bowery and I still love it. You really feel like you are in NY not the tourist version of NY that you see on TV (if that makes sense). Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.
Good job!!! GREAT HOTEL!!!

We loved the spacious room, the decoration of the room, the hotel, the
general design and clever use which was made of he space. Our room was
terrific and are grateful for the upgrade. We saw the Chrysler Building
from our bed ... very cool. The staff were adorable and extremely
helpful. And the old-timer car service was coolest of all ! The
proximity to the subway (one stop only from Grand Central !) and from
the ferry to dumbo and Wall Street make this a very good alternative to
highly priced

Good location. Easy access off of the highway. Close to the VA Medical Center and U of Buffalo. We had a king room and it was huge. Not fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. Wifi was free and worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Close to many restauraunts. Good value for the money. -
