Your establishment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Other than the comment in the box to the right, we enjoyed our stay. But, unfortunately having a good sleep is important and as a result, we probably wouldn't go back. -

The room was very nice, I especially liked the note saying the coverlet was clean for our stay. Nothing worse than a big heavy bedspred that who knows how long since it had been washed. The breakfast was very good also. -

My Wife and I decided to make a detour home from a trip, and found the
,Seneca Allegany, through letsbookhotel.com.. We got a great rate, on a
magnificent room. We saw pictures, but were still surprised how
beautiful the hotel, and especially the room was, when we arrived. One
of the nicest rooms ever.. Great Location, Mountain rising right from
the back of the hotel, easy , right off the highway.

This was the first time we ever stayed at a Homewood suites and I will
never stay anywhere else! Everything was exceptional! The rooms were
clean, the full kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was a
bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed! The king size bed and pillows were
extremely comfortable and there was even a ceiling fan in the bedroom!

Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so
friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing
looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in
general much better. Ever though we had a couple issue I am willing to
give them a second chance

Opposite Walden Galleria, very clean and comfortable with good power shower. Complimentary breakfast included, also 24 hr complimentary tea/coffee. Friendly staff, free wifi and free parking, close to airport. McDonald's right outside. -

The receptionist who checked us in was amazing. She had to deal with a
rude crazy woman ahead of us who was insisting that her rate was
supposed to be $89, even though she could produce any paperwork backing
her rediculous claim, and the entire time she remained polite and calm.
We all congratulated her on her great job once the woman finally left

the room on a whole was so clean. the towels, bedding, bathroom - everything smelled clean and was very comfortable. the staff was great to deal with - friendly and helpful.

I like the style, frankly the ' class ' that The Carlyle and that the staff exude. I stayed many times at The Carlyle in the 1980's early 90s, indeed had my wedding there in 1998. I haven't been at all since for no negative reason but simply professionally I no longer visit NY, but expect to privately will do periodically going fwd. I liked it as

The only thing that i did not like was that we reserved a room with a king sized bed and pull out sofa and were given a queen bed which made it difficult with the medical devices. I am not sure ifbthisbisvan issue with Staybridge or letsbookhotel.com We tried to correct this but were unable to. -
