The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

Cercanía a donde queria ir - La relación calidad/precio de la habitacion. A pesar de estar en Queens, nos poníamos en 15-20 minutos en Times Square, linea directa en metro (linea 7, la morada).

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. My grandson was in a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park which was less Convenience to fast food, McDonalds, Subway and restaurants, Pizza Hut, Redneck BBQ and recreation, Backswing mini golf.

I was extremely pleased with the room right on the first floor where I was able to access everything so easily. It was warm and cozy and I only wish I had more time to spend with family so I could have stayed longer. The wifi allowed me to check on my email and so on, the tv was refreshing since I do not own one, and the bed was awesome. We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
