Overall a mid-60's hotel redone nicely and tastefully. We had a
suite which was a corner high up view room and was fine. Toiletries were
a bit light but housekeeping kept things very tidy. Pool area and patios

The staff was very friendly and helpful generally.I liked the decor in my room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. I liked the environmentally friendly toiletries provided. Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. When asked if there were coffee pots in the room she explained that there were and send to extra coffee for us.we then requested additional pillows and we had those pillows with

I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The
staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the
complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person
complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of
nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes
don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be
located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I
would stay there again. 4

We really liked the decor of the Luxx. The rooms and the lobby were very attractive and interesting. I was very happy to be able to find a two-bedroom suite so close to the Plaza. We also appreciated having a parking garage so that we didn't have to park on the street. The staff members that we met were very accommodating and helpful. -

I loved how comfortable the beds were and that the comforters were clean, it felt like I was at home. I own a Tempurpedic and I dread when I travel because the beds are always firm. I was very happy with the comfort of the mattress and enjoyed the hot breakfast I had when I woke up :) Lupita was a great hostess and constantly checked us on to make

Place was clean, beds comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful.
unknowingly we tried to book other hotels closer to the Plaza, not realizing it was Indian Market, an annual afffair that draws people both nationally and internationally, and it was opera season (the reason we stayed in Sant Fe).
I was surprised we actually got a hotel that was clean, friendly and fairly easy to manage getting to and from.and surprisingly quiet.

We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.
