The location is away from other hotels and is in a very quiet spot with

Helpful check in staff and very clean and comfortable room with all the facilities we needed plus a few extras (such as fridge, pool and spar, and in house laundry. We had very good nights stay at a fairly cheap price (in late July).
As value for money goes in respect to room size, facilities, and cleanliness this place hard to beat.

This hotel was great. Near many stores, highways, restaurants. Clean room, Micro and refrigerator. Lots of extras. The cookies and fruit were always available. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Did not use the pool or shuttle but good to know they were there. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Good location just off the highway, less than 15 min drive to the airport convenient for an early morning departure. I would like to say only good things about my stay. I actually left my
jacket there and when I called they had it up at the front desk and are
holding it for myself to pick up this week. This says a lot of the
staff. Honest and trustworthy which is hard to come by these days. I
appreciate it greatly. The staff should be rewarded for the excellent
customer service.

Excellent location for a short walk to the beach, also only a short ride to the outlets in Kittery 30 minutes and the Marginal way in Ogunquit, 45 minutes. Great staff,they were courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed, The rooms and the grounds were kept very clean. -

It was very quiet , especially at night when sleeping and early morning. It was in a perfect location to where we wanted to explore while in New Hampshire. It was nice to not have so many people in one hotel like the bigger chain hotels.
