Spacious room. Front desk staff polite and helpful. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room because it wasnt ready and there were people there complaining that they had been waiting for several hours. The front desk gave us complementary drink coupons and we enjoyed our wait in the hotel bar. The rooms were decently clean. -

We liked the view from the 24th Floor. It was right below the rooftop bar, but it was not too loud to keep us awake. At check-in we were given free breakfast and internet, because the 24th floor was the only available room. The view of the Arch was amazing from our room! Also the rooftop restaurant was a nice touch. This was my fiancées first time in st.louis so I wanted to spoil her and the Hilton definitely helped with that!

I really love the midnight security gaurd can not remember his name he was so outstanding to all the guess. Our kids he was polite socialable. He made sure if we need anything he will take care of us. While that staff all around was very feiendly.

This is a great old school motor lodge that has been renovated and upgraded really well. Clean and graet looking. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Excellent food at the Fire and Ice bar. An Ice bar, in Springfield, in an old Ho Jo, right off the highway? Go out of your way to check this place out. Indoor outdoor pools. -

The hotel staff was excellent. Courteous, friendly, very helpful. I can tell only the best about all of them. I liked the swimming pool. (I am not handicapped but the lift to the pool is a great idea, it shows they really care about their guests). Fridge in the room was great. Very clean hotel. -

The people working at the Embassy from the desk clerk to the maintenance
people were some of the friendliest I have ever met at a hotel. This was
quite pleasant and a surprise. It is not how employees at many other

The suite was very nice the staff was very friendly they allowed us to check in early because i was in pain. Wd really appreciate their helpfulness. -

I love that they don't serve breakfast in the lobby and you don't have to watch a bunch of people stuff their faces with "free food." -

Absolutely loved my stay at the Plaza Embassy Suites. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The pool area with the two-tier heated pool and hot tub was great, and stayed open until midnight, later than most hotels.

The Hotel staff were very accommodating in every area. They appeared to enjoy their jobs, whether they were busing tables, serving food or cleaning rooms. Breakfast and Happy hour (2hr) were fantastic. Building is older but is well maintained and very clean. Only two treadmills in the workout area but they were often vacant, just not in the morning.
