We chose this hotel for its location and shuttle service. The Inn is very easy to get to from the interstate. My fiance and I visited Detroit to attend the Red Wings game and the shuttle is the most convenient way to get there. The weather was horrible and the driver navigated the roads expertly. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the suite on our first visit which was very nice. On our second visit we stayed in a regular queen deluxe room and had plenty of space. The staff was very attentive. We particularly liked having a van at our disposal to go to restaurants and museums.

We stayed for one night to attend a concert at the palace at auburn hills and found the accomodation perfect for us. It was great to be able to cook in the suites, which were well set out and comfortable. The staff were also helpful organising a taxi for us. Late check out of 12 pm was great too. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new. Our room was spacious (it contained two big beds, two tv's, a lounge area with a sofa and a desk) and clean. There was even a microwave and a little fridge. The wifi internet connection in the room was easily accessible and very fast. The hotel's location is okay (along the highway)

Our family was up here because our Mom had a heart attack while vacationing up north and was in ICU at Munson Hospital. The room was had was comfortable and convenient for us to use as we made our way back and forth to the hospital.

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast, popcorn and pop, and free drinks and evening hot snacks were great as all inclusive. Who knew! It's the best kept secret in Frankenmuth. I've told all my friends!! Just fantastic!!The value was very good for all that you get. Will definately stay there again. -

Lower cost compared to high cost rooms on Lake Michigan for a single night stay. Half hour driving distance was not an issue for us. Room was clean and, frankly, a little more than we expected. Nice breakfast too. -
The room was very nice ... it's always important to have a nice comfortable bed when traveling and comfy it was !

The Staff was VERY polite and helpful, inlcuding a gentlemen that brought Hot-Sauce to our table for our eggs because he could see us hunting... only in the U.P. will you find that kind of genuine FRIENDLY... that is, we'd treat our Guest(s) the same way... even if it's "NOT MY JOB"... he get's it, everybody sells, it's everybodies' job!
