My husband and I stayed at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids the night of our wedding and the day after as well. When we checked into our room, we had a bottle of champagne, food and a nice card from the staff waiting for us. The service was superb and exactly what we anticipated. We will definitely stay there again!!! -

I just loved everything about the hotel. The cool atrium, the glass elevators, the brick pool area and very ample work-out room. The rooms were large with excellent views. They did not honour the quoted price I had from letsbookhotel.com. It was over $50.00 higher than what was originally quoted. Now I have to go through the B.S. of trying to get a refund for the difference. Definitely not happy with the experience. -

The accommodations were wonderful. Beautiful marina setting and nice to have a choice of good restaurants and shopping in the same complex. -
The location of Bay Harbor is fantastic and view is spectacular and would highly recommend staying here.

A truly enjoyable experience. We arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm check-in and were able to get a room (with a river view) right away. The room was clean and so comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets right in the room. The location is perfect for an evening downtown and parking is convenient. Or never leave the hotel

Located right in the middle of downtown Grand Rapids and withing walking distance of museums, Van Andel Arena, and Devos Place to name a few...using the skywalk ajoining most of these made walking nice during the cold weather.

We chose this hotel for its location and shuttle service. The Inn is very easy to get to from the interstate. My fiance and I visited Detroit to attend the Red Wings game and the shuttle is the most convenient way to get there. The weather was horrible and the driver navigated the roads expertly. The rooms were large and tastefully decorated. We stayed in the suite on our first visit which was very nice. On our second visit we stayed in a regular queen deluxe room and had plenty of space. The staff was very attentive. We particularly liked having a van at our disposal to go to restaurants and museums.
