Everyone so friendly and helpful. Even had a valet employee go across the street to try and get me a map when i needed directions. Front desk employee worked above and beyond to let us move to an adjoining room with our friends when stayed a second night. Waitress in cafe very helpful and buffet was great. We will be back with more friends. Thanks

We stayed one night stay in this outstanding hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom was large with a tub/shower and a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable. The exterior, lobby, restaurants, restrooms and casino were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The value was very, very good.

Fresh, modern hotel, reminds me of boutique hotels in So. Beach. Great service and I love the open layout of the lobby, bar and restaurant. Bartender, Ken, is a Gem. I won't stay anywhere anywhere else while in Baton Rouge. -
It was very close to everything in downtown Baton Rouge. We parked the car and took our bikes everywhere.

We came from a cruise and it was Madi Gras weekend so the city was more than crowded. The minute we walked into the lobby we were made to feel at home. the pretty Garden District. The hotel is on the parade routes for Mardi
Gras and St. Patricks Day. The entire staff was great, from the front
desk to the valet and cleaning staff. They were all very pleasant -
Great decor, great comfort, divinely comfortable beds, very clean, sound-proof, excellent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Good location in garden district, on the trolley line and near Magazine street but a car is reommended if you are going to the Quarter or Marigny.
