We only stayed one night at La Quinta in Florence, but it was an awesome
time! We didn't have a lot of interaction with the other employees
other than checking in and out but they were very pleasant. The room was
fantastic and much, much more than I expected for the price. The hotel

friendly but I didn't notice until I saw a man walking his dog
outside on the premises. Overall we were really impressed with this

When we arrived we entered the room were surprised at the size of the
room and how quiet it was. The first thing I tried to do was take a
shower. The handle came off in my hand. When I called the front desk
they were very apologetic and switched us to a new room within minutes.

Breakfast was very good and had everything one would desire from
hot oatmeal to waffles. Excellent free coffee all day long.
Comfortable, quiet, clean rooms. Free Parking in a city! Nice gym
and good sized indoor pool. Could easily take a 10 minute walk to

Beautiful room, very modern decore, close to yum center, provided a great romantic backdrop for our night away from the kids, very quiet despite being very full, parking lot provide security in a very downtown location -

The staff was exceptional! We especially liked the bellman who helped us
park our car with the car-top carrier in a special place so it fit in
the garage. He gave us handwritten directions to a couple of places that
made our trip extra special! He is a gem!! He worked the evening we got
there, May 29th. Wonderful, helpful man! -

... lo que la gente dice » derful to me. While I was there I got news that a friend back home had died. I was shattred. One of the workers at the desk was so helpful getting me every thing I needed. She even brought me candy and a sympathy card. I cannot express how much that meant.

Rooms were very clean and updated. Great little amenities, such as refrigerator and microwave. Beds were very comfortable. Even though very close to major highway, seemed pretty quiet and condusive to sleep. Easy on/ off to 75, and to Cincy. Enjoyable stay. -
The day clerk and the night clerk were out standing and are an asset to this facility.

The staff was very accommodating. I went searching for ice late one night, and the ice machine was broken. A staff member offered to fill my bucket in the bar and also brought me some sliced lemons to go with it. -

The staff was amazing!!! Caissa, Jill, Danielle, Kim, Richard...If I
forget a name... Oops! But All of them were most accommodating and
caring to each and everyone of my needs. I traveled alone with 2 babies
-which is hard to do- yet the staff made my stay so worth it -unlike

I liked the decor - very sleek and modern. My room was comfortable and clean and the halls were quiet. I had a restful stay and good access to all the places I wanted to go in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville. -
The rooms were fabulous. Decorated so fun and such a great concept.

That we weren't cramped when we were there. It was near to several restruants and pretty close to everything we came to do. Loved that it was quiet! -
