Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The
rooms are spacious with a modern appeal as well as the bath area that
carries a spa like quality with an over size shower with a big over head
rain shower head. The quality of guests relation is very good with a we

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I was
a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be
comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very
comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well-
stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was
very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was
top-notch.

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -

Out flight was rerouted to Chicago due to bad weather. We had no luggage
and needed all the bare necessities for the night. I booked online and

Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State
Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor."
Safety has never really been a concern for me. -

Beautiful hotel. Everything is professional, clean and well organized with efficient and friendly staff. The room is truly luxurious with a great bed. The washroom is beautiful, the separate bath and shower are super nice. Also the gym facilities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.

Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!
