Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service to the airport to get to the CTA blue line to access the whole Chicago area. Drivers were punctual and courteous.

Price was excellent, plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 children, pets are allowed, and there was a shuttle to the airport, 20 minute ride. Small buffet breakfast was free. Desk manager was very helpful. Hotel looks like it was once a premier place, now a little threadbare, but still a pleasant stay. -

Breakfast- lots of options and variety..... was very surprised.
Pool- Big pool and it was indoors, i liked it because of how many hrs it was open.
Rooms- MASSIVE!!! Clean and comfortable at a price i felt was very reasonable.
Overall- very good hotel will recommend for any fellow family travelers

The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. -

Actually I got a good deal for less than hundred buck for a night. I
think Hampton Inn at a great place to live for that price. -

The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

Rooms were clean, decor was interesting, free hot breakfast a plus. Mandgers and front desk personnel were very friendly. we were there for my fathers funeral, so probably not the best time for review. we did apprediate the early check-in days due to my fathers death.. Thank you very much.

Me agradó que el personal siempre esta pendiente que uno como huésped se sienta a gusto, inclusive si no habla español intentan comunicarse. Posee transporte gratis desde el aeropuerto de midway al hotel, lo que permite movilizarse a través de tren en Chicago -

First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. Helpful staff, extrememly clean and well kept, fruit, cereal and bagels provided for breakfast with microwave and cooker should you wish to purchase anything for yourself, basic room but perfect as base for exploring Chicago. 5 to 10 mins walk to John Hancock Centre and oak street beach and explo

I liked the location in terms of being able to walk or easily take
public transportation to the heart of the city as well as the immediate
area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good
local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and
"complimentary breakfast all day", which included tea, coffee,
fruit, bagels and cream cheese as a plus.
