It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

We liked the price and that the rooms were spacious. We loved having two balconies and that the room had dishes and a kitchen if we wanted to cook. Location great, and the restaurants and shops on the ground floor were a plus - the Creme Pot is charming and convenient for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to be accommodating. Great view of the city from upper floors. -

Stayed here for 1 night just to sleep after a late night flight in before moving onto the beach front. Staff were friendly and offered us a free upgrade. Room was very clean though dated. Although away from the beach it is really only a few minutes away and you can still see the ocean. Great for travelling on a budget in Honolulu. -

The room was of good size and the view was nice. There is LAN internet in the room with high speed. Also there is a cafe and a shop right in the building, which is very handy.

They let me check in early. The ability to check my suitcase after checkout time, and the Hospitality room to freshen up and change my clothes in prior to leaving for the airport. -

Everything! Eric, the owner,gave us a tour so we would know where things were. We had a 2 bedroom suite with lanai and bathroom for $90. Unheard of value. Laundry was down the hall and free with detergent and softener provided. There is a well stocked kitchen for use by all guests. Very quiet and pleasant place.
